**Project Manager - Civil / Power Infrastructure (DFW)**

**What You'll Do**
* Take full ownership of **project execution from precon through closeout**
* Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance
* Lead planning and coordination of **deep foundations, piling, and concrete scopes**
* Partner with field leadership to drive production, safety, and quality
* Interface directly with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders
* Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and financial performance
* Manage change orders, RFIs, and contract administration
* Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
**What We're Looking For**
* **5-15+ years** of experience in construction project management
* Strong background in **heavy civil, foundations, or power infrastructure**
* Experience with driven piles, drilled shafts, or structural concrete strongly preferred
* Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen - budgeting, forecasting, and contract management
* Confident communicator who can lead both field and client conversations
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
