We are actively searching for a Construction Project Executive who may be confidentially interested in a career move or long-term opportunity within the Dallas market. We have an immediate need for a talented construction leader with a proven background working for top-tier General Contractors and a track record of continued growth in both responsibilities and project complexity.

We are a $500M firm with a long list of high profile clients across a multitude of market sectors. We have a strong backlog in 2025 and 2026 and would like to continue to add to that backlog with the right PX who is ready to help lead teams, provide guidance and insights, pursue new projects along with the Precon team and help grow the company alongside the executives.

**Desired Skills and Experience:**

• 15 years of Commercial Construction or Precon experience

• Experience with top-tier General Contractors preferred

• Proven track record managing complex commercial projects

**• Stable career progression and leadership growth**
