Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive oversight across multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Lead and support project teams, including Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and administrative staff.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and successful project delivery.
* Partner with estimating, purchasing, preconstruction, and operations teams to support project planning, budgeting, and profitability.
* Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, change management, cost controls, and overall project health.
* Support contract reviews, risk management, project planning, procurement strategy, and subcontractor negotiations.
* Promote strong subcontractor and vendor relationships through fair, professional, and collaborative communication.
* Ensure projects are executed in alignment with company standards, safety expectations, quality requirements, and client goals.
* Provide leadership during project challenges, helping teams resolve issues quickly and effectively.
* Mentor and develop project staff by setting expectations, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is:
**$215,000 -- $250,000, dependent on experience**
