* Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple shifts.
* Oversee preventative maintenance (PM) programs for production equipment and facility systems.
* Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related equipment issues.
* Manage equipment repairs, upgrades, and new equipment installations.
* Work closely with production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
* Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies.
* Manage spare parts inventory and purchase necessary maintenance supplies.
* Coordinate work performed by outside contractors and vendors.
* Support facility and building maintenance needs as required.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment uptime and maintenance processes.
### Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Lead in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience supporting plastics manufacturing equipment is strongly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
* Experience managing preventative maintenance programs.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a fast-paced production environment.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Experience coordinating maintenance projects and equipment installations.
* Familiarity with ISO quality standards is a plus.
* AutoCAD experience is a plus.
