**Job Description**
* Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects
* Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
* Track project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor progress
* Support client, consultant, and subcontractor communication throughout the project lifecycle
* Assist with project reporting, cost control, and overall project administration

* Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or related construction role
* Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
* Exposure to ground-up construction projects
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and work collaboratively with field and office teams
