*A leading NYC real estate developer is seeking an experienced Licensed Architect to lead the design and execution of luxury multifamily and mixed-use developments. This role will oversee architectural design, technical coordination, code compliance, and construction administration from concept through completion.*

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead architectural design and project execution for residential and mixed-use developments.
* Prepare and coordinate construction documents using BIM (Autodesk Revit preferred).
* Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code, zoning, ADA, and permitting requirements.
* Coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
* Review RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals while supporting construction administration.
* Conduct site visits, resolve design issues, and maintain project quality, schedule, and budget.
* Mentor junior architects and support value engineering initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

* Licensed Architect (New York license preferred).
* 20+ years of architectural experience.
* Mandarin Chinese fluency required.
* Strong proficiency in BIM and Autodesk Revit.
* Extensive knowledge of NYC Building Code, zoning, and permitting.
* Experience with high-rise residential, condominium, and mixed-use developments.
* Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
