Couldn't more highly recommend. To make a very long story short, we needed all of the plumbing replaced in a home FAST so we could close on it. I read the reviews about Bruno that said they were great, but on the expensive side. We did get another quote from a local provider, and they were even a little more expensive. So, I don't know that the "more expensive" part is necessarily true at all. What I do know, is that they were OUTSTANDING. They got us quotes super fast, got us on the calendar super fast, and had amazing work completed within 2 days. They went above and beyond to be accommodating to our unique experience, explained everything they were doing, and more. Truly had a great experience and will be using them in the future.

They were fast and very reliable. Installed gas lines outside and inside , ductwork , & furnace . Everything passed inspection and we finally got heat. They are very good at what they do Would recommend to everybody!!

Both times they were extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. When we had our water heater replaced the guys were out here the very next day an hour earlier than expected and explained how our water pressure was also too high and explained why we needed to have the regulator replaced as well. Long story short, it took about 2 hours total from start to finish. I think they’re extremely affordable and know their jobs very well. We will definitely be using them again if we need something plumbing or heating related fixed.

We called Bruno’s to come out as an emergency (on a Sunday) for a clog that was in our septic system. We knew we would be paying a higher price due to the same day call and we were fine with that. The guy came out and snaked the drain and nothing fixed the problem, he put a camera in the drain and told us the issue was in the street from some construction that the city did in front of our house before we moved in. We thanked and paid him about 700 for this “service”. We then got in contact with the city and explained what was happening and they told us they used Lee’s plumbing and excavating, so we reached out to them and they came out Monday afternoon and we’re digging up the street as we watched. As they were digging they made it to our pipes and called out my boyfriend to watch them uncover the pipes and show us that it was not the city’s fault. After this they stuck their camera in the pipe and came across a clog IN OUR SEWAGE, that Bruno’s MISSED completely! So Lee’s got out their snakes and got the clog out that Bruno’s failed to get and still charged us for. So we ended up paying Lee’s for digging up the road and the clog which is about 1,200$ because Bruno’s failed to do the job they were paid for and instead cost us so much more money calling another company. We have been trying for a few weeks now to talk to someone at Bruno’s about a refund of the snake fee, that’s all we are asking is a refund of the snake fee (not even the emergency fee because we understand that) because you charged us for a service that you clearly did not give us. Angie from Bruno’s has been giving us the run around for at least 3 weeks now and we have gotten no where. She keeps saying “I’ll call back” she offered the emergency fee of I believe 170$ ish back once, we want the snake fee back, you know, the fee you charged us for a service clearly NOT provided. So that’s why I’m writing this review for a terrible company that takes money and provides no service and has literally no good customer service either. The men were at my house for TWO days, replaced ALL of my pipes and installed a new water heater. I thought the price would be astronomical but it was VERY reasonable.
