I have been following the PD and their choices over the past several months. It truly smells of cook county politics with behind the door deals. Hiding facts from the constituents After seeing this behavior and mismanagement of one of their facilities and their 100% failure to adequately take ownership and responsibility financially for these animals is appalling. A commissioner on record saying his job is to back the director is just ludicrous. I surely hope someone takes a hard look at their actions. Arlington Heights I’m sure is happy they were able to wash their hands of the director and his lack of ethics.

I am so disappointed in the sudden decision to close Palatine Stables. The fate of our horses and school horses and ponies is being decided too fast and by people that don’t know horses. This barn has meant so much to so many people and has helped young people with special needs, anxiety and depression. No one was notified that a decision was even to be made and will not share any information.

I would never recommend place where they muzzling little kids. That is abuse!!
