Hlousek Group is partnered with a respected general contractor seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join their DFW team. This individual will take full ownership of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, leading project teams while ensuring successful delivery across schedule, budget, and quality.
This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, maintain financial control of projects, and drive execution in a fast paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
* Manage project financials including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
* Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership.
* Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce subcontract agreements and schedule commitments.
* Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and contracts.
* Support subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract issuance.
* Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
* Prepare and submit pay applications while managing billing and payment processes.
* Oversee change management including pricing, negotiation, and execution of change orders.
* Ensure projects meet company safety standards and quality expectations.
**Qualifications**
* Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
* Experience managing ground up projects from start to finish.
* Bachelor's degree in construction management or related (preferred).
* Light Industrial, Healthcare, Mission Critical project experience is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and construction documentation.
