**Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager - Commercial Interiors:**

* Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-outs on time, on budget, and built to the highest standard.
* Build and manage project schedules using MS Project; anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions.
* Oversee subcontractor scope reviews, contract execution, and day-to-day coordination.
* Manage all documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and Procore logs.
* Ensure full site compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
* Communicate directly with ownership, architects, and consultants to manage expectations and provide updates.
* Troubleshoot issues on-site, maintain progress tracking, and deliver exceptional closeouts.

**A successful Construction Project Manager - Commercial Interiors:**

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing NYC commercial interiors projects.
* Proficiency in MS Project and Procore (required).
* Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
* Deep understanding of NYC building codes, permitting, and compliance.
