### Must have:

### - Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline - 3--10 years of experience in industrial automation - College GPA of at least 3.2, with a preference for 3.4 or higher - Strong programming foundation, including object-oriented and text-based coding - Hands-on experience with PLCs, motion control, process control, robotics, machine vision, and SCADA systems - Ability to handle multiple projects and work directly with customers - Strong communication skills and experience with proposal development - Willingness to travel about 25--40%

Responsibilities:

- Develop and program automation applications using PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms - Commission and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems at customer locations - Support system architecture design and end-to-end project delivery - Communicate directly with customers and manage project updates and deliverables - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance - Keep building knowledge of emerging automation technologies and best practices
