### Must have:
### - Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in server firmware (BMC) and platform software development. - Over 5 years of experience managing a software/firmware engineering team. - Practical experience with data center health management workflow and a proven record of delivering server firmware for large data centers. - Strong understanding of data center management, server architecture, and server manageability. - Proficient in C/C++ and Python with demonstrated programming and debugging skills for server platforms. - Familiarity with source control management (e.g., Git, Perforce) and project management tools like Jira. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and a high level of teamwork. A self-motivated individual who enjoys solving complex problems creatively.
Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and delivery of an OpenBMC-based manageability stack for next-generation Data Center Compute Systems. - Ensure the quality, reliability, and telemetry performance of firmware delivered to data centers. - Oversee and guide a distributed team of software engineers to produce a high-quality firmware stack. - Collaborate with data center architects and cloud clients to define accurate requirements and scopes for implementation, ensuring rapid product development. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to create a scalable manageability architecture relevant to all data center products. - Drive improvements in efficiency, reliability, and optimization of firmware architecture from a data center perspective. - Interact with customers and internal teams to swiftly resolve issues.
