I been out on work comp with 2 shoulder surgeries. I got permanent restrictions on my return to work release this company been giving me the run around about texturing to work. I was release early January and now finally told me to take dot physical and I did got my card renewed. Then asked for my updated license and sign mew mvr did that. Then get anther request for my Dr release did that then they say that I need to be cleared by the dot dr to return. So then Phil gardner calls the dot dr and calls me back telling me the dr to him about a prescription the a dr gave me and now they say I need a letter from that dr (hippa violation) now it's March still no answer on being allow to come back to work. So now waiting to see the next hurdle and by the way other drivers been out on work comp and had no issues to return but they didn't look like me is all I'm gonna say.
