**Territory** : Arlington, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, Mid-Cities

**Responsibilities:**
* High energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professionals
* Promote our Hospice programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.
**Qualifications:**
* Local with established referral sources
* Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services - 2 or more years of successful experience required.
* Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
* Familiarity with Contact Management software
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance
**Experience**:
* Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
