**What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):**
* **Keep Operations Running Smoothly:** Perform interior and exterior repairs, including drywall installation, painting, flooring, masonry patching, roofing, parking decks and structural touch-ups.
* **Preventative Maintenance:** Maintain crucial facility HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems (sprinklers, extinguishers) to prevent downtime.
* **Customer & Team Support:** Provide friendly assistance to customers on-site and maintain clear communication with your supervisor regarding equipment's health.
* **Contractor Liaison:** Assist and coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are underway.
**What We're Looking For:**
* **Experience:** Hands-on experience in general building maintenance or equivalent trade background (BOCES training or similar in general HVAC/maintenance is highly preferred).
* **Skills:** Solid basic plumbing skills and comfort handling routine HVAC preventative maintenance.
* **Education:** High School Diploma or GED preferred.
* **Traits:** A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and zero supervisory experience required-just a strong work ethic.
