### - Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience - At least 5 years of experience in IT - Willingness to work overtime when needed - Preferred certifications such as A+ or Microsoft credentials like MCPD, MCITP, and MCTS - Strong command of Microsoft Office - Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability - Solid documentation skills - Hands-on experience with Vue 3.x, Java 17.x, Spring Boot 2.7.x, .NET Framework 4.8, Nginx, Tomcat, ASP.NET, and C# - Working knowledge of MariaDB, Tibero, Oracle 11g, SQL Server, and application servers on Windows and Linux - Familiarity with RHEL 9.x, Red Hat, Debian, Amazon Linux, Rocky Linux, and Ubuntu - Intermediate to advanced coding skills in C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, and WinForms - Basic understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MES-related business processes - Ability to serve as the primary subject matter expert for the assigned shop - Strong grasp of Kubernetes architecture, APIs, and ecosystem tools such as Helm and Kustomize - Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as Bash and Python - Kubernetes reporting knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, deploy, and support shop monitoring applications that deliver real-time manufacturing visibility - Enhance existing MES platforms by adding new capabilities and improving functionality - Install and configure hardware and software required for MES solutions - Maintain MES network equipment and configuration to keep infrastructure reliable and performant - Build and support secondary tools for environmental data collection and assembly repair reporting - Handle purchasing activities for hardware, software, and services needed for project completion - Administer assigned MES systems through updates, patches, upgrades, and enhancements - Monitor system health and resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly - Investigate root causes of system problems and implement lasting fixes - Implement hardware and software improvements for existing MES environments - Produce reports from assigned systems for customer use and decision-making - Create procedures, operational guides, and technical documentation for MES processes - Train MES technicians and end users on system usage and best practices - Communicate with clients to understand needs and align solutions with business goals - Ensure system accuracy, stability, and reliability during production - Design and implement scalable, highly available, and secure Kubernetes clusters - Develop automation scripts for provisioning, scaling, and managing Kubernetes environments
