* Computer Literacy
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Accurately evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, both physician referrals and direct access.
* Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
* Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
* Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
* Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
* Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow.
* Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
