**Responsibilities**
* Own the full product lifecycle from idea, validation, MVP development, launch, adoption, and revenue growth.
* Define product direction by synthesizing feedback from customers, sales teams, product analysts, and market insights.
* Build and manage product roadmaps, balancing short-term execution with long-term platform strategy.
* Partner closely with engineering, product analysts, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
* Conduct customer discovery, workflow analysis, product demos, onboarding sessions, and feedback interviews.
* Translate customer pain points into product requirements and scalable solutions.
* Drive product launches, customer rollouts, QA processes, and adoption initiatives.
* Prioritize ruthlessly across competing opportunities and ensure resources are focused on the highest-impact work.

**Qualifications**
Required
* 1.5-6 years of experience in a software company in a product, data analyst, technical, or related role.
* Strong builder mentality with a passion for execution, problem-solving, and operating in complex systems.
* Hands-on technical experience with APIs, SQL, databases, Postman, or similar tools.
* Experience working directly with customers, including onboarding, demos, stakeholder management, or user interviews.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from software engineers to executive leadership.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with significant ownership and ambiguity.
* Willing to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
Preferred
* Experience at an early-stage startup (Pre-Seed through Series C).
* Experience with data-intensive, workflow-heavy, or operationally complex B2B SaaS products.
* Prior founding PM, founding team, or startup builder experience.
* Exposure to accounting workflows, financial operations, ERP systems, project management software, or construction technology.
