Responsibilities:

- Lead the design of solutions architecture for multi-platform applications - Conduct trade-off assessments and impact analysis on complex technical decisions, mediating conflicts when necessary - Collaborate with delivery and product partners to provide strategic thought leadership - Develop architectural guidelines and documentation for the integration of new technologies, focusing on multi-agentic AI - Create and maintain a 3+ year Domain Destination Architecture (DDA) for various business capabilities - Represent architectural solutions in Architecture Review Boards as well as in discussions regarding products, platforms, and architecture - Present strategies and deliverables to product managers and technology leadership throughout Capital One - Act as a primary architectural contact for interfacing with other architecture and delivery teams regarding systems and solutions - Commit to continuous learning as technology landscapes evolve
