The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President of Operations will have full responsibility for operational performance across multiple regions, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
You'll play a pivotal role in scaling the business, developing operational leaders, implementing best practice, and supporting continued growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership across all operational functions.
* Lead and develop a high-performing regional operations leadership team.
* Drive operational excellence, service quality and client satisfaction across a national portfolio.
* Deliver financial performance, margin improvement and operational efficiencies.
* Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to support business growth and client retention.
* Lead operational integration of acquisitions where applicable.
* Build scalable processes, systems and governance to support future growth.
* Develop succession plans and leadership capability throughout the organisation.
* Champion a culture of safety, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
About You
We're looking for an accomplished operational leader who has:
* Significant executive leadership experience within Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Technical Services or Business Services.
* A proven track record of managing large, multi-site operational teams across the United States.
* Experience overseeing complex service delivery contracts and national client portfolios.
* Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for P&L performance.
* Experience operating within a private equity-backed business is highly desirable.
* A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at Board and Executive level.
* A passion for developing people and building high-performing operational teams.
