**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Solution Architect** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design end-to-end scalable technology solutions, align technical strategies with business objectives, and guide engineering teams in implementing robust system architectures. This position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and stakeholder collaboration skills to drive successful project execution across enterprise and product-based environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Architecture Design:** Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures that meet business requirements.
* **Technical Strategy Alignment:** Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives and ensure successful project execution.
* **Team Guidance:** Lead and guide engineering teams in the implementation of architectural standards and best practices.
* **Technology Evaluation:** Evaluate and recommend technology stacks that are future-ready and aligned with industry trends.
* **Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and standards.
* **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of architectural decisions.
Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical Skills
* **Experience:** 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in an Architecture role.
* **Architecture Expertise:** Strong experience in Solution Architecture, System Design, and Enterprise Architecture.
* **System Understanding:** Strong understanding of system architecture, solution design, and enterprise application integration.
* **Cloud Platforms:** Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure cloud architecture.
* **Caching Technologies:** Experience with caching technologies such as Redis.
* **Queue Systems:** Experience with queue systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, or Service Bus.
* **Microservices Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
* **Database Familiarity:** Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and modern backend/application frameworks.
* **Optimization Principles:** Understanding scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization principles.
