### - We require a bachelors degree in an engineering discipline. - We look for at least 6 years of relevant experience designing, developing, and delivering next-generation products for maritime customers. - We need experience with military communications and information systems, including shipboard communications such as satellite communications, radios, antennas, telephony, and data networks. - We expect full systems engineering life cycle experience, from concept definition through SDR, PDR, CDR, and SEIT. - We require knowledge of communications and network protocols for mission-critical, near-real-time military applications. - We need proficiency with systems engineering software tools, including requirements management, systems architecture and modeling, engineering change management, and product life-cycle management. - We expect system integration and test engineering experience, including technical leadership for verification activities and functional and environmental qualification. - We require strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams, resolve issues, and communicate changes clearly. - We need the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. - A masters degree is preferred. - Active security clearance is preferred. - We value the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills.
