Our client is seeing to hire a Construction Manager that will ensure the alignment and completion of annual reconstruction division initiatives with the company's objectives while focusing on the construction sector. This role requires overseeing a quality team of properly trained employees to produce jobs completed according to our company's procedures and processes. It also involves direct management of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeliness standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with VP of Operations to create an annual business plan with specific goals tailored to construction and operational excellence.
* Oversee Construction Services division ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
* Direct operations during storm, large loss events, and major construction projects.
* Conduct regular project team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
* Update the President and Vice President of Operations on project statuses, operational issues, and achievements as needed or required.
* Continue professional and personal development in leadership, management, and team-building skills.
* Network and build relationships with key accounts and centers of influence (COIs) to ensure client satisfaction and project acquisition.
* Assist division managers in planning, meeting staffing needs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* Coach and mentor Project Managers and staff, focusing on construction management principles and practices.
* Ensure the company complies with federal, state, and local regulations relevant to the construction industry.
* Develop and manage the annual company budget with a keen eye on project budgets, ensuring profitability and financial health.
* Ensure adequate insurance coverages, specifically for construction projects.
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Perform other tasks and duties as required by the employer, adapting to emerging challenges and opportunities within the construction and operational sectors.
