Glazing Estimator / Project Manager

Pennsylvania (Maybe suitable for New Jersey candidates)

Salary: $100,000 -- $150,000

An established 4th generation commercial glass & glazing contractor in the Northeast is looking to add an Estimator / Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of work across storefront, curtainwall, and façade projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare estimates for storefront, curtainwall, and glazing systems
* Review drawings/specs and perform takeoffs
* Source vendor pricing and support bid strategy
* Manage projects through execution
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
* Track costs, schedules, and procurement across multiple jobs

**What They're Looking For**

* Experience in commercial glass & glazing (Estimator and/or PM background)
* Strong knowledge of storefront and curtainwall systems
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
* Strong understanding of the Northeast market (NJ/NY/Philly preferred)
