He introduced himself and explained the services he was going to perform on my two furnaces. I showed him the two units and he advised he would be back to me if there were any issues. About 2 hours later he shared that both units were operating correctly. He also made the adjustment I requested to increase the fan speed on my upper furnace to improve air circulation. I've been doing business with Kennihan for the past several years and can honestly say that Rhyan was the most courteous, most professional and most thorough of any of the technicians I've had in the past. If Kennihan could clone Rhyan they would have the perfect service team. I couldn't be more pleased with Rhyan and with Kennihan. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

He told me what he could for me and what it would cost. When part came in they called and scheduled a time that fit MY needs. Checked overall operation of my system and charged me exactly what I was told it would cost. They seem like a straight forward company. Nobody tried to upsell me or push any services at me. Kennihans came out to fix out pressure pump only to have the employee call his boss 5 times because he didn’t know the solution. I reached out to another company because who wants someone fixing your water who doesn’t know what is going on? The owner called me and was the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to. Kennihan installed our air conditioner in last May. A year later, in this May, our thermostat went. Chad Burr, just left our house, an hour ago, after replacing the thermostat for free, and gave us ideas on maintenance on keeping everything running smoothly.
