- We will have you define a compelling UX vision that simplifies complex CRE lending workflows into intuitive user journeys. - You will turn business challenges into scalable systems and frameworks. - You will produce end-to-end design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished high-fidelity experiences. - You will design across borrower dashboards, lender workflows, and AI-driven recommendations on both mobile and web. - You will mentor and support other designers through critique, best-practice sharing, and design leadership. - You will champion accessibility, inclusivity, and usability throughout the design process. - You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to ship innovative features. - You will work directly with executives to shape product direction and advocate for user needs. - You will define UX metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction. - You will use research and data to continuously improve and refine our experiences.
