### - At least five years of experience in user experience design; product design experience is preferred. - Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical discipline.
Responsibilities:

- Design complex user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interface components to create a smooth experience across mobile and web, while adhering to established brand guidelines. - Build UX information architecture strategies that strengthen the user interface and support cross-functional business and marketing initiatives. - Work with cross-department partners and business leaders to prioritize UX efforts that align with company objectives and convert user feedback into actionable product enhancements. - Collaborate with research and analytics teams to bring quantitative and qualitative insights into the design process and validate ideas through experimentation. - Review market trends, competitor activity, OKRs, and user behavior to shape UX strategy and guide product direction. - Champion user-centered design solutions that adapt to evolving business goals and customer needs, while staying current on new technologies and design trends. - Uphold UX best practices and efficiency standards, and coach junior team members through guidance, training, and mentorship. - Build and maintain a strong internal network to encourage collaboration, support department-wide initiatives, and ensure UX has a voice in planning and decision-making. - Take part in special initiatives and complete additional duties as needed.
