**Job description**

We are seeking a WSO Platform Lead / SME to serve as the enterprise technical owner of the Wall Street Office (WSO) platform. This role ensures platform stability, scalability, integrations, governance, and alignment with evolving business needs across Credit, Operations, Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Compliance teams.

This is a highly visible role responsible for end-to-end ownership of the WSO platform lifecycle, including production support, integrations, release management, and vendor coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**

Platform Ownership & Governance

Act as the technical owner of WSO across Production, UAT, Development, and DR environments.

Establish configuration standards, environment strategy, and change governance.

Manage version upgrades, patching, and release coordination.

Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and data dictionaries.

Oversee access governance and ensure audit and regulatory compliance.

Integration & Technology Architecture

Design and manage API and file-based integrations between WSO and enterprise systems including:

Fund accounting platforms

Data warehouse and reporting systems

Risk and treasury systems

Third-party loan platforms (e.g., ClearPar, Markit)

Develop and maintain inbound/outbound data feeds and SFTP processes.

Own data mapping, transformation logic, and validation controls.

Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation initiatives.

Production Support & Incident Management

Lead technical triage and resolution of WSO production issues.

Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.

Monitor system performance, batch processing, and interface health.

Manage escalation and coordination with the WSO vendor.

Release & Environment Management

Coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancement deployments.

Oversee integration testing and support business-led UAT.

Ensure controlled promotion across environments and DR alignment.

Partner with infrastructure teams on performance and capacity planning.

Business & Technology Alignment

Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Treasury stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configurations.

Support audit inquiries and control validation.

Identify opportunities to improve automation and data integrity.

Vendor & Risk Management

Serve as primary technical contact for the WSO vendor.

Monitor SLAs and coordinate issue remediation.

Support disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning.

Continuous Improvement

Track KPIs related to system stability and integration performance.

Drive improvements in automation, monitoring, and governance frameworks.

**Required Qualifications**

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

8 12 years of experience managing enterprise financial systems.

Strong hands-on experience with Wall Street Office (WSO) or similar loan administration platforms.

Experience designing and supporting API and system integrations.

Strong SQL and relational database experience.

Experience managing production support, release management, and incident response in regulated financial environments.

Strong understanding of lending/credit workflows and financial systems integration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Experience supporting private credit, syndicated loans, or leveraged lending portfolios.

Familiarity with AWS environments.

Experience with SSO, identity governance, and access controls.

Exposure to audit frameworks and regulatory compliance.
