**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are experiencing rapid growth at our Bennett Road facility and are seeking an experienced HR professional to join us on a temporary, full-time basis. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting our expansion through high-volume recruiting, seamless onboarding, and day-to-day HR administration. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner closely with our onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist to support all recruiting efforts. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Support the onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist in all recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating and conducting interviews, and extending offers to support rapid hiring needs
* Lead onboarding for new hires, including new-hire paperwork, orientation, system setup, and ensuring a smooth first-day and first-week experience
* Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining accurate employee records, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
* Partner with hiring managers and facility leadership to understand staffing needs and prioritize open roles
* Track recruiting and onboarding metrics and maintain organized candidate and employee files
* Respond to employee questions and direct them to appropriate resources as needed
* Support additional HR projects and tasks as they arise during the expansion
Requirements
**Qualifications**
* 2 years of HR experience, with an emphasis on recruiting and onboarding
* Experience supporting high-volume or rapid-growth hiring is strongly preferred
* Working knowledge of HR practices and relevant employment regulations
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and standard office software
* Ability to commit to the full 90--120 day assignment and work on-site at the Bennett Road facility
