*A leading NYC real estate developer is seeking an experienced* ***Senior Development Manager*** *to oversee luxury residential and mixed-use developments from acquisition through project completion. This is a hands-on leadership role managing the full development lifecycle, including underwriting, design, permitting, construction, and sales coordination.*

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage multiple ground-up residential and mixed-use developments.
* Lead projects from acquisition and due diligence through completion.
* Oversee budgets, schedules, financial modeling, and project reporting.
* Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
* Manage zoning, DOB approvals, permitting, and construction progress.
* Support acquisition underwriting, feasibility analysis, and strategic planning.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on project launches and pricing.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
* 8+ years of NYC real estate development experience.
* Experience with multifamily, condominium, or mixed-use developments.
* Strong knowledge of NYC zoning, DOB approvals, construction management, and development finance.
* Advanced Excel financial modeling skills with excellent communication and project management abilities.
* Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Argus, or Yardi is preferred
